Intending to organize as better as possible our EBES2010 meeting we kindly ask those who did not do that yet to:

• confirm participation as soon as possible,
• inform us about arrival and departure schedule (date, time, …) not later than February, 12th 2010 (Friday noon, after that we can not promise a proper accommodation),
• provide us with a title and abstract (in LaTex or MS Word) of the talk/presentation not later than February, 12th 2010 (Friday noon); this is also addressed to those who are willing to contribute with the talk/presentation. After that we can not promise publication of your Abstract and reserve time for your talk in the conference program.
